At Tarzana Boxing and Fitness, our simple philosophy is to provide the very best training and workouts in a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere.
Tarzana Boxing provides individuals of all ages and fitness levels with a new way to approach personal fitness. Specializing in unique boxing workouts, we offer a fighter's workout for everyone including Cardio Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Personal Training and Women's Self Defense Classes.
All of our classes are one hour in length and you can burn anywhere from 800 to 1000 calories per class! During one of our workouts, you will get both cardio and resistance training at the same time. In addition to cardio classes, Tarzana Boxing has a complete weight room and cardio equipment.
The vast majority of Tarzana Boxing members are women and men who are interested in a cardio workout and enjoying the benefits of a solid fitness-training program. If you are looking for a high-energy workout, that is sure to achieve results, then Tarzana Boxing is for you.
